3-Way Conferences

Our 3-Way Conferences are coming up soon. These conferences provide a great opportunity for students to share their learning journey, reflect on their progress and set goals alongside their teacher and family.

Your child will take an active role in the conversation, discussing their achievements and areas for growth. We encourage all families to attend and support their child’s learning.

Dates:

  • Tuesday March 25, 3-6pm
  • Wednesday March 26, 3-5pm

3 Way Conferences are:

3 Way Conferences are not:
  • A discussion with student voice about their learning, progress and goals.
  • A collaborative opportunity for students, parents and teachers to reflect together.
  • A chance for students to take ownership of their achievements and areas for growth.
  • A supportive environment focused on developing student confidence and responsibility.
  • A traditional parent-teacher interview where only the teacher speaks.
  •  A time for discussing behavioural concerns in isolation.
  • A one-way conversation without student input.
